Instructions for Journal Reflections
Journal entries must:
· be dated.
· contain a header referencing the article, cartoon, essential question, graph, chart, map, or task associated with the reflection,
· reflect your thoughts, gut reaction, and/or questions
· demonstrate creativity and/or critical thinking, and
· be completed by the due date.
Journal entries may:
· pose questions,
· include art work, and
· reference suggested resources related to the topic of the reflection.
Journal entries should NOT:
· simply summarize or paraphrase,
· be simple generalizations.
